All training includes professional manuals, product demos, real models, and certification on successful completion.
Each training course is split into two core components:
Theory Module – You’ll learn the foundations: anatomy, treatment science, safety protocols, client consultation techniques, and legal considerations.
Practical Module – You’ll gain hands-on experience by practicing the treatment on live models under close supervision from a qualified instructor.

Slimm & Well Training Academy gives you more than a certificate. We equip you with the knowledge, techniques, and professional mindset to offer safe, effective, and in-demand treatments with confidence.
It depends on the course. Some treatments (e.g., microneedling, chemical peels) are best suited for those with a background in beauty, health, or skincare. Others, like dermaplaning, can be taken by beginners with a strong interest in aesthetics. Our team will guide you to the right fit during your consultation.
Our courses include certificates of competence, which allow you to perform treatments professionally. While we are not a SETA-accredited training institution, our certifications are recognised by many local salons, spas, and insurance providers in South Africa. You’ll be equipped to work independently or within a professional clinic.

Yes. All tools, products, and live models are provided during your training day. You’ll also receive a training manual to keep and access to discounted starter kits after certification.
